Cache Up NB To Host Mega Event
In case you didn’t see the trailer, or read about it on Facebook, then here’s our official announcement.
Cache Up NB is happy to announce that we will be hosting a mega event in Greater Moncton on the New Brunswick Day long weekend in 2015. Saturday, August 1st, 2015 is the official day of the mega. You can expect to see some of the same things you would expect of any mega, with a lot more thrown into the mix. Cache Up NB is known for it’s quality events and content and the mega will be no different. From coins, to seminars, to plenty of activities for both kids and adults, we have some big ideas on how to make this a mega you’ll never forget.
We already know there are a lot of questions about this event, so we’ve put together an FAQ to address the ones we can right now. There are of course things we are not in a position to comment on or talk about, but the moment we have something new to report to you, you’ll be the first to hear.
One aspect of this mega that we want to strive for is to make sure that everyone out there knows that this is not Cache Up NB’s mega. It’s yours. We’re the hosts, but you are the community. We want your input, your help, and your ideas. For now, you can use this suggestion form to send us your ideas and thoughts on the mega. When the website goes live later this year, we’ll have a very specific section for people to contribute in their own way so that everyone can feel like they had a part in making this an amazing mega. Everything we receive will be reviewed by our planning committee but we want to see as much contribution to this mega from everyone as possible.
For now, let the world know that Maritime Mega Moncton, or M3 as we’re calling it, is on its way, and it will be landing in Moncton in the summer of 2015.
Awesome, can’t wait until 2015 😀
Woohoo! Guess we’re going to have to take vacation a bit early next year! Can’t wait!
Sweet! Good luck guys and we’ll help out in anyway we can.
Very excited about this event after not being able to attend Maritime Mega II! Count us in!
So happy to hear this.
As a central point in the Maritimes, the Moncton area is an ideal place to have a MEGA. In addition, the caching map of Moncton would make Moncton a tempting location for cachers. Did you know that there are 1500 caches with 15 kms of downtown Moncton?
Good Luck and you can count on us as volunteers.

Man … I’m glad it’s finally posted … I’ve been having difficulty keeping this secret the last few months … looking forward to M3
Count me in. Had a great time in Freddy.
Since I’ll have to miss out on Saskatchewan, I’m glad M3 gives me something to aim for.
Awesome news, you know I threw my hat in the help ring. Congrats guys AND gals! So proud of you all.
Guess I better start putting those cache container ideas to fruition. Now to look for room…..
May be a good time to come for this Central Ontario Geocacher to represent and come up to see his brother.
Looking forward to it! Hope I can come again as a vendor. 🙂
Put my name on the list of helpers
When I heard there was a new TV channel called M3, I wondered if the Mega had its own TV station
