Final Mega News Update

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT! PRE-REGISTRATION PICKUP AND TRI-CITY PASSPORT INFO, AND LOTS MORE BELOW!

– FRIDAY NIGHT AFTERNOON FLASHMOB & PRE-REGISTRATION PICKUP! In case you didn’t know it already, Friday night’s Banana flashmob event will precede the opening of the event venue for pre-registration pickup AND for NEW registrations. For those who pre-purchased a registration online, you CAN pick up your pack with all your swag on Friday night after the flashmob. For anyone who wishes to PURCHASE a registration may also do so that night. Pre-reg pickup and sales are from 5-7. The FB event code is GC5VDYY. No merchandise will be for sale that evening and vendors WILL NOT BE OPEN.

– The mega starts at 9am on Saturday for anyone who has paid for a registration. It opens at10am for everyone else. If you wish to purchase a registration on the day of the event, you may arrive at 9am and go directly to registration purchases.

– If you have not dropped your bugs into the event yet, please do so as soon as you can.

– If you are holding onto a bug for the TB race, please be sure to contact the owner to find out which prize they want to claim. There’s the first to M3 and the first to Moncton. Both offer a prize so be sure you know what the owner wants you to do with their bug.

– TRI-CITY PASSPORTS! We’ve received a LOT of requests about the passports for the Tri-City challenge. You may download the passports from here https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=0ByfbjUSHOh1vX3R3TnR0ZUVfS00 or pick up a copy on Friday night orSaturday at the event. Caches will not be published until Thursday night or Friday morning. The passports can also be downloaded from the cache listings themselves or from the M3 website at http://maritimemega.com/official-tri-city-coin-challenge-announcement/

– We encourage everyone to snap as many photos as you can of all of your caching adventures both before and at the mega, and post them to Instagram using the hashtag #m3_mega. We will have a running slideshow at the event showcasing these pictures. Be sure your photos are set to public to have them displayed.

– Lastly, we do have a limited number of official geocoins, shirts, calendars, hats, and decks of cards for sale. These are of EXTREME limited quantities so we recommend that if you did not pre-order our merchandise and do want to purchase some, you come as early as you can. Official Cache Up NB geocoins will also be available for the first time at the mega.
