2016 Fall Favourite Challenge

We (Cachemporium) are very proud to sponsor and help spread the word about the 2016 Fall Favourite Challenge.
After the first clue in the Mission GC Challenge by Groundspeak was revealed as finding a cache with at least 10 favourite points, the thought went through the mind of jajakeiz, a NS cacher, that we should be doing more to encourage both the creation of better quality caches and the utilization of the favourite points we’re awarded on GC.com, to be used to show appreciation for the caches we enjoy. The 2016 Fall Favourite Challenge was born.
The 2016 FFC is a geocaching challenge for all cachers in the Atlantic Provinces (NS, NB, PEI & NL). It’s very simple, hide a creative, unique, fun cache and use the prefix FF2016 in its name. Caches are to be published between Sept 20 and Oct 9th. Limit 2 hides per cacher. Sit back and watch the favourite points come in, and possibly win a prize. Challenge closes on Nov 30th.
An event will be held in NS to end the challenge and award the prizes but you do not have to attend to claim your prize.
See below for more info. Have fun!

milosheart

We're milosheart, also known as Gwen & Terry LeBlanc. We're from Fredericton and have been involved with geocaching since March 2008. When we started caching we each had our own accounts/names. He was Frogger57 and I was milosheart. milo is a nickname of Terry's (from a song he messed up the words to) and, well, I'm his heart (we're still on our honeymoon, 6 yrs on). He logged his first 19 caches then gave up. He loves to go caching, loves the driving, travelling, meeting fellow cachers, searching and finding but could care less about the logging, planning, numbers, etc. He doesn't know how to use the GPS and has no desire to learn, doesn't have a clue what GSAK is, nor care. I love him more for just going with me, blindly sometimes! LOL So we just continued on using my original account and became team milosheart. We cache here in Freddy Beach, Moncton (Terry's hometown), Saint John (my sister and fellow cacher, eebee, lives there) and just about anywhere else we go. Yes, we are addicted. Happily.
