Cache Up NB T-Shirts – Feedback Requested

It’s been three years since the launch of Cache Up NB. Now that we’ve established ourselves as the most reputable NB based geocaching website, it’s finally time to start to show ourselves off to folks. 2013 has been designated as our year of swag and kicking it off will be the release of some Cache Up NB shirts. A few specialty items have were released to a few folks last year but this year we’re going all out. But before it all starts, I’m looking for some feedback from our reader base.

I’ve nailed down the concept for the shirt but am having a hard time deciding on the front of the shirt, and the colour of the shirt. Specifically, the back of the shirt is going to have a large map of the province with some other details on it. For the front, I’d like to put the Cache Up NB logo somewhere. Here’s where I’m looking for a bit of feedback.

Would you rather see the front of the shirt with a small CUNB logo on the upper left hand side, or a large CUNB logo on the front? I’ve heard some folks say that if you’ve got a large print on the back, a smaller logo on the front is preferred but I’m looking to get input from anyone who might be interested.

Secondly, although our logo would look better on a white shirt, I’m thinking a grey one might actually be a better looking shirt. If you were to purchase a CUNB shirt, would you prefer a grey or white shirt?

Please post a comment below with your thoughts and opinions. My hope is to have everything finalized before the end of the month so we can begin taking pre-orders.

  • Another thing I should point out is that along with shirts, we are planning to release a coin as well as stickers this year. Lanyards are also on the radar but it will depend on demand and funds.

  • Medium logo on the heart and a colour that will hide whatever I had for lunch

  • my question is … why white or grey?? how about our banner colours of dark green on light green or vice versa ….. I agree, the front logo should be small ….. regardless of what is decided upon, I will be at the front of the line to purchase ….. Cache Up NB .. ROCK ON!!

  • Agree with FF, sizes beyong the usual XL are needed.
As for the colors, nothing worse than grey to show off the sweat of a tough hike in the summertime. Many shades of green would we great, or maroon/wine/burgundy color. I like white for hot summer days.

Definitely looking forward to the shirts, Zor, it’s time.

  • The small CUNB logo on the upper left hand side please. Color – yes, I like color, but white is preferred over the grey. And 4 Lanyards please

    • We’re not taking orders right now. We’re just getting feedback. As soon as anything is ready you guys will know.

    • I meant to say in ‘4 lanyards please’ that I would vote for that plan too. Yes, larger than a kids XXL would be great. Happy Caching.

  • If you are going with a large logo on the back, I think you should have the smaller one on the front. As for color, why don’t you have two colors available. White and grey.

  • Light colors rather than dark…grey or white would be nice. How about a style for the ladies as well? Most women do not like wearing the standard male t-shirt style. A v neck option would be nice!
