Geo-Poker
I would like to find out if anyone is interested in having a friendly game of Texas Holdem? It will be a simple, low cost game, nothing fancy. $20 start and $10 or$20 max buy back in. We could play at my place in the kitchen unless someone has an awesome poker room and is willing to host it. To add a bit of geocaching to it we could also have everyone bring a pre-made regular and the first hand could be a warm up for all the containers.
Of course it will have to be a Friday night or Saturday and it will be difficult to find a night that pleases everyone. The next 2 weekends are good for me so let me know below what nights work for you and we will go with the night that the most people can attend. Once we pick a date we will work out the details.

Ya I would have loved to do one tonite but I’ve barely seen the kids this week so I need to spend some time with them tonite.
I’d be more than up to another poker nite a few weeks from now.
I guess no poker tonight. I am still willing to host it when there will be at least 7-9 person interested for a good game, or we can do it elsewhere if you prefer. But for tonight, Game Over.
Ok. I am going to try to host a poker game one last time. Who would be interested, and if so on what date. Up to now there is Dec2nd on the table, but how about tomorrow? I take it that there might be 2 options here. 1) I think I have friends but ultimately I do not have any 🙁 or 2)Geocachers are all afraid of my poker skills. Knowing how I play, I convinced myself that it’s option 2 🙂

Any date is good for me except December 2 and December 16, as those are my regular poker league nights.

I would love to see the game a go, but up to now we are only 4. I checked with 2 guys but they are gone for the weekend. Rev, can you check with Incepit and or Mark? Teta is usually on here, and what about Ron?

I’m at the parade until it ends which will be 7:30ish I suspect then I can head to your place directly after that. If I can get the wife to agree to watch the parade from the Dieppe side, it’ll be an easy drive to your place.

I have 4 chairs and 2-3 folding ones. I also have a full set of chips for 9 players if we play a tournament, but you can bring yours just in case?
I will bring chairs and my chips don’t match, I think a cash game is better so everyone can play until they run out of money or have to leave and can then cash out. That is what we did last time and it worked good. Everyone should bring some snacks too.
So, last night was the night were I analysed all the players. Next game I am making a move and hit big!
