Shediac Island gets new caches

In case you haven’t noticed yet, thanks to the hard work of Ma & Pa, Chignecto Duo, and Belladan, Shediac Island now has a pile of new caches.

In an effort to try and revitalize the yearly Ice Walk event, many of the local cachers who had placed caches on Shediac Island had those caches archived so that new ones could be placed. Many people have not done the trek over to the island in awhile because they had already found all of the caches there. Now that many new caches have been placed there, along with more in the general area, hopefully we’ll see some more people coming out to the Ice Walk to enjoy a good day of caching and good friends.
