Is my Garmin Map60 acting up?
Am I missing something in the settings, or is there an issue with my Garmin Map60…..
The GPSr seems to shut down after a very short time, maybe a couple of minutes. I had an Etrex Summit that used to do that a couple of years ago.
Does anyone have a suggestion? Tx!
Just an idea but Magellans, mine included, used to have loose battery issues and would shut off with a vigorous shaking or if I hit it on something. I had to bend the prongs or ends of metal that touched to two ends of the battery in to make a tighter fit. Never shut off again.
