Riverview Sunfest Geocaches and Geocoin.
The town of Riverview in a partnership with the ACGA will release 6 Geocaches in the Town of Riverview to celebrate Riverview Sunfest starting July 1st. The six cache are located on Town property and are close to areas to encourage getting active in Riverview. They are all family friendly and can all be found in less than an hour. Once you have found all 6 caches and have unscrambled the code words you can take the cacheport into the Parks department office, which is conveniently located at the 6th cache to receive a free trackable geocoin. I attached the link to the cacheport which is on the listing as well, the listing should go live sometime tomorrow.
Sounds to me like we need one of these in Fredericton now! Hmm… perhaps Freddybeach would know somebody we could work with to make this happen?

Did them all yesterday. Lots of names on log sheets. Many i didnt know. met Hillbilly Bob.
We loved the variety of containers and the placements.
We picked up our coin today and picked up one for Jake & Ben as well. The coins are really nice. We only took one for each caching name because of the small number of coins available. We were there at 8:45, which is 15 minutes after opening and we were 15th to get one.
The staff have obviously been doing their homework and were aware of the caches and the cachers who have been logging. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I picked up my coin yestersay as well although I just beat the wire. I arrived at the Parks and Rec right at 4:30 closing time. The Rev did a fantastic job with Riverview to organize this event. Way to go.
