Need help

I have been trying for hours to submit a new geocache webpage in colour. I have done this before and not had a problem, as in just a few days ago for caches that aren’t yet published. For some reason, today, my webpage is coming out in black and white no matter what I do. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what I can do to get my webpage to come out the way I want it to.
